Ingredients
- 2 fl oz orange juice (freshly squeezed preferred)
- 4 fl oz sparkling wine (champagne, prosecco, or cava)
- Orange slice (optional)
Directions
- Chill a champagne flute in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
- Pour the orange juice into the chilled flute.
- Top with sparkling wine, pouring slowly to avoid overflow.
- Garnish with an orange slice on the rim (optional).
- Drink on the roof of Raphael hotel.
