Directions

  1. Chill a champagne flute in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
  2. Pour the orange juice into the chilled flute.
  3. Top with sparkling wine, pouring slowly to avoid overflow.
  4. Garnish with an orange slice on the rim (optional).
  5. Drink on the roof of Raphael hotel.
