Ingredients
- 8 oz white button mushrooms
- 1/2 bag pre shredded carrots
- 1 can bamboo shoots
- A pinch of pickling salt
Directions
- Boil.
- Pulse all 3 in blender in the liquid from the mushies till it’s a chutney.
- Strain and refrigerate.
- When you want some, briefly sautee in butter with pinch of salt.
