  1. Boil.
  2. Pulse all 3 in blender in the liquid from the mushies till it’s a chutney.
  3. Strain and refrigerate.
  4. When you want some, briefly sautee in butter with pinch of salt.
  5. Can prep enough for a whole week with this method and just have a half cup a day. Incorporate in with other foods, add cheese (with animal rennet), whatever you perceivethinkact.
