Ingredients
- 2 nixtamalized tortillas
- 2 oz hard cheese (e.g., Manchego or Comte)
- 0.5 cup cooked mushrooms
- 1 pinch pickling salt
- Optional: Raw or cooked carrot, small amount
Directions
- Soak 2 nixtamalized tortillas in water for 5 minutes, then lightly pat dry with a paper towel.
- Grate 2 oz hard cheese and sprinkle evenly over the tortillas.
- Top with ½ cup cooked mushrooms and optional small amount of raw or cooked carrot.
- Sprinkle with a pinch of pickling salt.
- Bake in a toaster oven or convection oven at 350°F for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Serve warm.
