Orange jello

Ingredients
- 4 cups freshly squeezed, sweet, strained orange juice
- 2 Tbsp high-quality, non-hydrolyzed gelatin powder
- 2 Tbsp pure cane sugar
- Optional: 2 Tbsp marmalade
Directions
- Pour 1 cup cold orange juice into a medium bowl.
- Sprinkle 2 Tbsp gelatin over the juice and let it bloom for 10-15 minutes until gelled.
- In a medium saucepan, bring the remaining 3 cups orange juice, 2 Tbsp sugar, and optional 2 Tbsp marmalade to a boil.
- Pour the hot mixture into the bowl with the bloomed gelatin and mix well until fully dissolved.
- Pour into a single dish or 4 oz ramekins for individual portions.
- Refrigerate for 3-4 hours until set.
