  1. Pour 1 cup cold orange juice into a medium bowl.
  2. Sprinkle 2 Tbsp gelatin over the juice and let it bloom for 10-15 minutes until gelled.
  3. In a medium saucepan, bring the remaining 3 cups orange juice, 2 Tbsp sugar, and optional 2 Tbsp marmalade to a boil.
  4. Pour the hot mixture into the bowl with the bloomed gelatin and mix well until fully dissolved.
  5. Pour into a single dish or 4 oz ramekins for individual portions.
  6. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours until set.
