Ingredients
- 500 grams chicken heart and liver
- 2 sliced yellow onions
- pickling salt & pepper
- Cumin
- Turmeric (can be allergenic for some)
- Butter
Directions
- Fry the onion, heart and liver in a pan on medium heat in a good amount of butter.
- Add the spices and let it cook some more, make sure not to burn the onion.
- (Optional) Serve with mashed potatoes.
