Oyster stew

Ingredients
- 6 cups milk
- 1 qt/1 kg fresh oysters
- Β½ cup butter
- 1Β½ tsp pickling salt
- 2 tsp celery salt (optional)
Directions
- Scald milk in a large saucepan until small bubbles form on the panβs wall.
- Add oysters to milk and heat for 5 minutes or until edges curl.
- Add butter.
- Add desired seasonings (pickling salt and optional celery salt).
