Ingredients
- Any number of fresh oysters
Directions
- Fill saucepan with cold water and bring to a boil.
- Drop oysters in boiling water and bring heat back to boil.
- Remove oysters when shells begin to open (max 5 minutes to avoid overcooking).
- Pop shells completely open with hands or a table knife.
- Pry open from hinge end if they donβt open naturally.
