Oyster Mignonette recipe here

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Fill saucepan with cold water and bring to a boil.
  2. Drop oysters in boiling water and bring heat back to boil.
  3. Remove oysters when shells begin to open (max 5 minutes to avoid overcooking).
  4. Pop shells completely open with hands or a table knife.
  5. Pry open from hinge end if they don’t open naturally.
