  1. Rinse, drain, and boil bamboo strips in water in a saucepan for 5-15 minutes. Drain and store in a glass container.
  2. Melt butter in a frying pan and add ½ cup of bamboo strips.
  3. Add a little salt and mix until heated through.
  4. Towards the end, add 1 tsp coconut aminos and stir into the strips.
  5. Add an egg (pre-scrambled or raw). If raw, mix into the strips until cooked.
  6. Alternatively, instead of an egg, add ground beef or lamb for easier eating.
