Ingredients
- 1/2 cup refined coconut oil (120 ml)
- 1/2 cup sugar (120 ml)
- 1 egg
- 1 cup goat or cow milk
Directions
- Add to a saucepan and heat on lowest for a minute, until it’s warm
- Pour the warm coconut oil and sugar into a blender.
- Add an egg and top it off with your choice of dairy. Today it’s goat milk kefir, but any milk is fine.
- Shake, blend, it’s ready! I drink some like a milkshake, and pour the rest in a cute bowl to freeze.
- Enjoy it meow or later!
