Perfect boiled eggs every time

Ingredients
- Eggs, pasture-raised (read label on egg carton)
- Cold water to cover eggs
Directions
- Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water by an inch/2 cm.
- Bring water to a boil on medium-high heat, uncovered.
- When water boils, turn off heat, leaving the pot and eggs on the burner.
- Immediately cover the pot with a lid.
- Wait 3 minutes for soft eggs, 6 minutes for medium eggs, or 10+ minutes for hard eggs.
- Remove eggs from warm/hot water and place under cold running water for 1-2 minutes.
- Peel and enjoy!
