Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg, pastured (read label on carton)
- 1 Tbsp pure cane sugar
- Pinch of pickling salt
- Optional: Honey (instead of pure cane sugar)
- Optional: Drop of pure vanilla extract
Directions
- Blend together all ingredients.
- Taste and add more sugar if not sweet enough.
