Quick DIY condensed milk

Ingredients
- 1 cup powdered milk (125g)
- 1/2 cup boiling water (120ml)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar (150g) (adjust to taste)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter (optional, for creaminess)
Directions
- Boil water.
- For smoother result: Gently heat water in pan, add sugar, dissolve completely without browning or boiling hard. Remove from heat.
- Add powdered milk (and optional butter) to the sugar solution.
- Pour into blender.
- Blend 2-3 minutes until smooth and thick. Smells like condensed milk.
- If too thick, add 1-2 tbsp extra boiling water and blend again.
- Transfer to container while hot.
- Cool to room temperature; thickens more.
- Store in fridge up to 2 weeks.
