Ray Peat's Egg cheese scramble

Directions

  1. Whisk egg in bowl.
  2. Grease the pan with a melted pat of butter.
  3. Melt cheese and add a splash of milk to liquefy it.
  4. Pour whisked egg into the pan and scramble it all together.
  5. Season to taste, adding salt if desired.

(Optional) Enjoy with a glass of fresh, sweet and strained orange juice, grape juice, or fresh fruit and a cup of coffee with sugar and cream/milk.
