Ingredients
- 1 egg, pastured (read label on egg carton)
- 1 oz/2-3 Tbsp hard cheese
- Splash of milk
- 1 tsp to 1 tbsp of butter
- (Optional) Pickling salt
Directions
- Whisk egg in bowl.
- Grease the pan with a melted pat of butter.
- Melt cheese and add a splash of milk to liquefy it.
- Pour whisked egg into the pan and scramble it all together.
- Season to taste, adding salt if desired.
(Optional) Enjoy with a glass of fresh, sweet and strained orange juice, grape juice, or fresh fruit and a cup of coffee with sugar and cream/milk.
