Ingredients
- 2 cups plain powdered milk
- 1 cup pure cane sugar
- 3-6 Tbsp liquid (coffee, orange juice, or water)
Directions
- Mix sugar and powdered milk in a large bowl.
- Slowly add liquid to form a non-sticky dough. Adjust with more powdered milk if sticky.
- Shape into small round balls.
- Place on wax paper to dry.
