If you are sensitive to starch and serotonin substitute the bananas for anything that doesn’t hurt stummy.
Ingredients
- 4 ripe bananas
- few cups of water
- 3 tbsp gelatin
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- nutmeg (just a lil, optional)
- salt (just a lil)
- ceylon cinnamon (just a lil)
Directions
- Blend 4 ripe bananas with a few cups of water thoroughly.
- While blending, add 3 tbsp of gelatin.
- Pour the mixture into a pot and bring to a strong simmer for 20-30 minutes to decompose serotonin.
- Add 1 can of sweetened condensed milk and 1 tbsp of vanilla extract.
- Stir in a little nutmeg, salt, and cinnamon.
- Refrigerate the mixture until set.
- Consoom.
