Reverse engineered banana pudding

If you are sensitive to starch and serotonin substitute the bananas for anything that doesn’t hurt stummy.

  1. Blend 4 ripe bananas with a few cups of water thoroughly.
  2. While blending, add 3 tbsp of gelatin.
  3. Pour the mixture into a pot and bring to a strong simmer for 20-30 minutes to decompose serotonin.
  4. Add 1 can of sweetened condensed milk and 1 tbsp of vanilla extract.
  5. Stir in a little nutmeg, salt, and cinnamon.
  6. Refrigerate the mixture until set.
  7. Consoom.
