Roasted butternut squash

Ingredients
- Butternut squash (medium-sized)
- Coconut oil (92°F)
- Pickling salt
- Maple syrup
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C.
- Peel butternut squash with a peeler. Chop squash into edible cubes.
- Spread cubes on a cookie sheet greased with coconut oil.
- Dribble coconut oil and sprinkle salt on cubes.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- When cooked, place on a serving dish and drizzle with maple syrup.
