Roasted marrow bones with caramelized peaches

Ingredients
- 2 diced peaches
- 6 diced dates
- 1 orange
- Bone marrow (9)
- Butter
- pickling salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Place bone marrow on a baking sheet and place in oven for 15 minutes.
- Melt a little butter in a pan.
- Add the diced peaches, dates and a pinch of salt to the pan.
- Juice/squeeze the orange and add to the pan.
- Let cook until it looks like a thick slop.
- Add the slop on top of the bone marrow.
- Eat with a small spoon.
