Sauteed liver

Ingredients
- 1 serving liver
- 1-2 tsp butter
- ½ cup broth
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Cut up the raw liver into bite-sized squares.
- Saute liver in melted butter and remove from pan when cooked.
- Add broth to the pan and whisk until you have a nice sauce.
- Add salt.
- Pour sauce over liver and serve.
