Scrambled eggs with cheese

  1. Beat eggs, melt butter in a pan.
  2. Pour eggs, stir gently as they set.
  3. Add cheese, stir until eggs are almost done.
  4. Take pan off heat, let it finish.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
