  1. Peel shrimp, reserving shells.
  2. Boil shrimp shells in just enough water to cover shrimp on medium-high heat for 20-25 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low, add shrimp, and cook for 1-3 minutes based on size (tiny: 1 min, colossal: 3 min).
  4. Remove shrimp with a slotted spoon, transfer to a bowl, and cover with ice cubes to stop cooking.
  5. Refrigerate shrimp to cool further while preparing sauce.
  6. Mix ketchup, lemon zest, Worcestershire sauce, and horseradish in a bowl for cocktail sauce.
  7. Add Tabasco if desired, then chill sauce.
  8. Serve cold shrimp with cocktail sauce.
