Ingredients

Directions

  1. Line a fine mesh strainer with cheesecloth and place it over a bowl.
  2. Scoop the plain yogurt into the lined strainer.
  3. Allow the yogurt to drain overnight in the refrigerator.
  4. The next day, lift the yogurt with the cheesecloth off the strainer and gently shake to remove it.
  5. Store the strained yogurt in a container in the refrigerator.
