Strained yogurt

This is for removing lactic acid (stresses the liver) from liquid yogurts. No need to do if you have real greek yogurt.

Ingredients
- Plain yogurt (quantity as desired)
Directions
- Line a fine mesh strainer with cheesecloth and place it over a bowl.
- Scoop the plain yogurt into the lined strainer.
- Allow the yogurt to drain overnight in the refrigerator.
- The next day, lift the yogurt with the cheesecloth off the strainer and gently shake to remove it.
- Store the strained yogurt in a container in the refrigerator.
