Strawberry high protein popsicles

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups strained 5%-fat Greek yogurt
- 1.5 cups strained 4%-fat cottage cheese
- 2 cups whole frozen strawberries
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup pineapple juice
Directions
- Strain Greek yogurt and cottage cheese through coffee filters in a sieve over a bowl for 1-2 days.
- Blend strained yogurt, cottage cheese, frozen strawberries, sugar, and pineapple juice until smooth.
- Pour mixture into popsicle molds.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- Remove from molds and serve.
