Swedish liver soup

(Coconut can be allergenic for some, proceed if know you can digest it well)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Chop vegetables, onions.
  2. Put all ingredients in a slow cooker (or saucepan).
  3. Fill up with water.
  4. Cook on low heat for 9 hours.
  5. Serve with coconut cream (for cooling) and sweetened lingonberry jam (Swedish style, very good).
