Ingredients
- 1 cup of freshly squeezed watermelon juice (pulp free)
- 1 tablespoon of filtered water
- 1 tablespoon of Gelatin
- 3 teaspoons of cane sugar or honey
- 3 tablespoons of milk for the gelatin
- Pinch of pickling salt
Directions
- In a saucepan on medium heat add half a cup of the watermelon juice and sugar or honey and salt.
- Stir until liquid is clear.
- In a bowl add 1 tablespoon of Gelatin and 1 tablespoon o water. Allow to set for 5 minutes.
- Next. Remove the liquid from the heat and stir in the Gelatin. Stir well!
- Place into a glass container or into moulds and leave out to cool down.
- Once mixture has cooled down. place in the fridge to set for 2-4 hours.
- Keep in fridge and as this is fresh Watermelon juice consume it within 3/4 days.
