Watermelon jello squares

Ingredients

  1. In a saucepan on medium heat add half a cup of the watermelon juice and sugar or honey and salt.
  2. Stir until liquid is clear.
  3. In a bowl add 1 tablespoon of Gelatin and 1 tablespoon o water. Allow to set for 5 minutes.
  4. Next. Remove the liquid from the heat and stir in the Gelatin. Stir well!
  5. Place into a glass container or into moulds and leave out to cool down.
  6. Once mixture has cooled down. place in the fridge to set for 2-4 hours.
  7. Keep in fridge and as this is fresh Watermelon juice consume it within 3/4 days.
